Dr. Jennifer Keith- Fees and Insurance Information

Fees

The initial session with Dr. Keith is $180.00 and lasts approximately 1 hour. Following the initial session, Dr. Keith charges $160.00/session for individual therapy and $175.00/session for couples and family counseling. Follow-up sessions are typically 45-50 minutes.

Assessment fees range between $300 and $2500 depending on the nature of the evaluation. Dr. Keith will be able to provide you with an exact fee after discussing your needs.

Consulting and Coaching fees are $200/hour. Dr. Keith is able to meet with consulting and coaching clients in their place of business.

Insurance

Dr. Keith is not currently “in-network” for insurance companies. Dr. Keith will provide patients with a detailed receipt, called a “super bill,” for patients who wish to file insurance. Many insurance companies reimburse between 50-80% of the session cost for an “out-of-network” provider once any deductibles have been met. It is the responsibility of the patient to determine “out of network” benefits. Dr. Keith will be happy to assist in this process if needed.

Dr. Keith accepts cash, personal checks, MasterCard, and Visa. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
