Erika is an Atlanta based Integrative Health Coach and Occupational Therapist, who works with both coaching and therapy clients on setting and achieving their goals for their best health and function. Erika has spent many years working at an orthopedic surgery practice, and identifies strongly with an integrative, client centered model of care. She leads workshops in Atlanta on achieving better balance, adjusting to chronic pain and disability, and preparing for elective surgery.
Erika has a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida, a credential as a Certified Hand Therapist, and a foundational certificate from Duke Integrative Medicine as an Integrative Health Coach. Erika loves to work with clients on developing a vision about their optimal health and happiness, as well as specific health related goals like weight loss, coping better with stress and incorporating more physical movement in their lives. She incorporates mindfulness work in her coaching with clients who are making changes, both big and small.
Erika loves trying new recipes (mostly healthy!), attending a variety of yoga classes and hiking in the woods around Atlanta and all over the Southeast.
